Registration Requirements

Individual Registration

  • Copy of National ID or Passport
  • Passport-size photo (digital)
  • Valid phone number and email
  • For coaches/referees: Certification proof
  • For minors: Parent/guardian consent

Organization Registration

  • Certificate of Registration (if applicable)
  • Constitution or bylaws (for clubs)
  • List of officials with contacts
  • Player roster (for teams)
  • Organization logo (optional)
